When waiting for a passenger at the pick-up point, you have to wait for a minimum of 5 minutes to be eligible for cancellation compensation (cancellation fee).
Once you’ve arrived we recommend calling the passenger to let them know you're there. Please make sure to start the meter after 2.5 minutes if your passenger is running late. If after 5 minutes (starting from the moment you arrived) there is still no passenger, you may cancel the trip. You’ll receive cancellation compensation on your next invoice summary.
