If you're not logged in:

- Click 'Request a reset' (Image 2)
- Enter your email address and click 'Send'. (Image 3)
- We'll then send you a link via email with further instructions for resetting your password

If your email address was entered incorrectly at sign-up and you can't access the app, please contact our Passenger Care Team directly. They'll be able to delete your account so you can start again!
