If your voucher/promo code is no longer showing on your FREE NOW account, there could be a few reasons why.
- If you have multiple vouchers/promo codes saved to your account, the app will automatically select the code with the highest value, however, this can be changed. Check out how to select a different voucher, for step-by-step instructions.
- It's possible that your voucher or promo code has expired. Every code has an expiry date and specific terms and conditions. If you're unsure if this has happened we'll walk you through how to look at your vouchers details and Ts&Cs. If a code is not redeemed within the allocated time frame, it will automatically be removed from your account on the expiry date.
- It's also worth noting, the remaining voucher balance will expire after the trip has taken place. For example, if you had a £10 voucher applied to your account and took a trip for £8, your trip would be paid in full however, you would lose the remaining £2 from the voucher applied.
