Vouchers and promo codes can only be redeemed when paying via the app (using a payment card or Apple Pay/PayPal). They cannot be redeemed on cash bookings or when using business accounts. Please ensure a payment card or Apple Pay/PayPal is selected before confirming a booking. You'll be able to see this when choosing your fleet type (Image 2)
Any voucher/promo code on your FREE NOW account will automatically be applied to your next trip. You'll be able to see this in a green banner when you open the app (Image 1) and when you choose your fleet type (Image 2).
It's possible that your voucher or promo code has expired. Every code has an expiry date and specific terms and conditions. If you're unsure if this has happened we'll walk you through how to look at your vouchers details and Ts&Cs.
