This can happen due to one of the following reasons:
- You are paying in cash or using a business account > Ensure a payment card or Apple Pay/PayPal is selected before confirming your trip/rental.
- Your voucher/promo code has expired > Always check your voucher details and Ts&Cs. Every discount has an expiration date and specific Terms & Conditions.
- Discounts are not transferable or combinable with other promotional vouchers.
Vouchers/promo codes are automatically applied in chronological order of expiry unless you manually assign them before booking (here is how to do it!). This is shown with a green banner when you open the app and when you select your fleet type.
