Our Driver Centre will be open three days a week for in-centre support and for the other two days, you will be able to book a remote appointment via Zoom. Appointment slots will be released 7 days in advance and booking times will vary depending on the day.
Monday - 9:30am - 5pm
Wednesday - 10:30am - 5pm
Friday - 9:30am - 3:30pm
Tuesday - 9:30am - 5pm
Thursday - 9:30am - 5pm
We understand that not all queries will require a visit to the Driver Centre, so we do advise that you read through our Help Centre articles before booking an appointment with us. If you have any questions that the article does not answer, you can submit a request using the form below. Our email support team will aim to respond to these queries within 24-48 hours.
Please note that our Driver Care Team cannot onboard you as a new driver. If you want to join FREE NOW, then please register through the FREE NOW driver app and we will contact you to arrange an onboarding appointment.
