Ordering a ride on behalf of someone else is not a problem! To do so, simply book the trip with your account (the fare will be debited from your account). Please note that if you are ordering a trip on behalf of someone else, and they are not at your current location, you will need to manually enter the correct pick-up address.
Not sure how to do this? Don't worry, it's easy! Please follow the steps below:
- Click on the pin that has your current location on it (Image 1)
- Type in the exact address you wish this trip to start from (Image 2)

We recommend that you contact the driver once they’ve been assigned, just to let them know who they are picking up, and possibly provide them with the contact details of the rider(s) to make things easier.
To contact the driver, simply tap 'contact driver' at the bottom of the live booking screen (Image 3). This will ask if you want to text or call the driver. Select one of these options and proceed with your desired communication.
