Yes! You can save your voucher or promo code for a later date. Bear in mind that every code has an expiry date.
It's possible to have more than one voucher/promotion code active on your account, but only one code can be applied per trip.
As a reminder, vouchers can't be applied to trips associated with cash payments or Business Accounts.
Usage of promo/voucher codes cannot be turned on and off. By default, vouchers are automatically applied to your trip cost regarding their chronological order of expiry.
However, you can preselect which code you'd like to use by following the steps below:
- Open up the FREE NOW app and tap the profile icon in the top right corner
- This will take you through to the main menu screen. Select ‘Vouchers and credits’ to open the voucher page (Image 2)
- Select which promotional code/voucher you would like to use for your next journey. Once selected, the code will remain highlighted in green
