When you attempt to register with FREE NOW and you get an orange pop-up message saying 'This email address is already registered with FREE NOW', it means an active account is currently associated with that particular email.
If you already have an account but have forgotten your password and cannot edit your information in-app, please follow the steps on 'How do I reset my password?'.
