At FREE NOW, we reward your loyalty with our unique loyalty programme. The principle is simple: the more you ride the more you benefit from exclusive benefits! You will earn four points for every pound spent on Ride (PHV), Black Cab, or eScooter trips you take. Note that this is the amount paid after discounts and promotions are applied.
Depending on your loyalty status you can also earn extra points per pound during Boost periods. We'll let you know when these Boost periods happen so keep an eye on your email and in your app.
Check out the steps below in order to access the loyalty page on your FREE NOW app!
- Open up the FREE NOW app and tap the profile icon in the top right corner.
- Tap 'Loyalty Programme"
- From here you can check out your current Loyalty Point balance, your status and redeem your points for discounts on trips or take a spin of 'The Wheel'
