Your loyalty status depends on the number of trips you've taken with FREE NOW over one year. Your loyalty status lets you benefit from exclusive advantages such as boost periods, during which you can earn more points per pound spend. Watch out for the boost periods and enjoy the rewards right away!

In order to review your loyalty status, please follow the steps below:
- Open up the FREE NOW app and tap the profile icon in the top right corner.
- Tap 'Loyalty Program"
- Your loyalty status is shown at the top of the page, for more information tap 'Your Perks'
