Credits are automatically applied to your trip. If you're having issues with your credits applying it could be due to one of the following reasons:
- You're using a Business Account, credits will not apply to your business trips
- The currency of your credits don't apply to the country you're trying to book a trip in
- Your credits have already been applied to a previous trip
- Credits and vouchers work differently, and you may be having trouble applying a voucher instead
