FREE NOW credits are automatically applied to your trip. If you're having issues with your credits applying it could be due to one of the instances below:
- If you use the app as part of a FREE NOW for Business account, credits will not apply to your business trips
- If you have credit in different currencies you'll only be able to see and use the credit for the country you are currently in. For example, if you're in the UK and have both £3 and €3 credit balances, you will only be able to see and use the £3 amount
- Your credits have already been applied to a previous trip
- Credits and vouchers work differently, and you may be having trouble applying a voucher instead
