How can I change my phone number and email address?

To change the phone number (app version 11.60)

1. Open your app and go to your 'Account' from the menu
2. Select 'Personal information'
3. Here you will be able to edit your phone number
4. Enter your login password to confirm the changes (this is a security step)
5. Once the change has been successfully done, you will receive a confirmation email

To change the email address

It is not possible to make these changes through the app.

All changes to email addresses must be applied by the FREE NOW Support Team. Please send us your request. Remember to enter your current email address registered in your FREE NOW account.
