How do I reset my password?

Resetting your password couldn't be easier! But it must meet the following requirements:

• At least 8 characters
• Not used before
• Different and not include part of your username or email

Here’s how to reset it:

1. Open the FREE NOW driver app
2. Tap 'Sign in'
3. Tap 'Continue' on the pop-up notification 
4. Click ‘Forgotten password?’
5. A new page will appear. Enter your email address
6. Click on ‘Send me the link’

Next:

1. You’ll receive a text message with a link 
2. Click on the link
3. Enter your new password
4. Enter your new password again for confirmation
5. Click ‘Use this password’
