Once a booking has been accepted on the FREENOW app, the driver and vehicle details are displayed below the ETA. If you choose to cancel the request, those details can still be found in your trip history.
If the vehicle or driver that arrives at your pick-up point does not match the details advertised in the app, do not get in the vehicle and contact us immediately.
