FREENOW operates a zero tolerance on discriminatory behaviour. In accordance with our licence requirements, we investigate every allegation fully before taking the appropriate action. This may include permanent suspension of the driver involved from the FREENOW platform, or reporting the driver to Transport for London (TfL) and/or the Metropolitan Police if deemed necessary.
