To view the prebook dashboard, please follow the steps below:
Step 1: Tap the calendar icon in the top left corner of the main screen. (Image 1)
Step 2: Here you will be able to see a list of jobs showing the pick up/destination and the pick-up time (Image 2).
Step 3: To accept a prebook, all you need to do is select the job you would like to do and then tap the blue 'Accept' button (Image 3).
Step 4: Every prebook you accept will now be kept in the ‘Mine’ tab on your prebook dashboard. You can use this tab to view and activate each prebook job you undertake (Image 4).
What do the 'Prebook Jobs' tabs mean?:
- All: This will show any available bookings along with the urgent pre-bookings, which will grant you an instant Driver Priority Status once the journey is complete.
- Filtered: This lets you filter the prebook jobs available to help you find the ones you are after. The options include: filtering for airport jobs, hotel jobs, VIP jobs, business jobs, and more.
- Mine: This tab holds the bookings you have accepted, you can come here to check the booking time and activate the journeys when ready. If you have problems activating a prebooking, try restarting the app, otherwise please reach out to our Driver Care Team by submitting a request below.
