Needing to cancel a trip request? No worries, follow our steps below to help you with this:
- Tap the 'i' to open the trips extra information.
- Click the ‘X’ button in the bottom left-hand corner. (Image 1).
- Choose the appropriate reason for the cancellation from the list. (Image 2).
As a note, we recommend contacting the passenger before cancelling a job. You won't have the option to cancel a job after pressing 'Passenger on board' so don't press this button unless the passenger has arrived and you're committed to completing the fare.
