Needing to cancel a trip? No worries, follow our steps below to help you with this:
Step 1: Tap the 'i' to open the trips extra information
Step 2: Click the red ‘X’ button in the bottom left-hand corner. (Image 1)
Step 3: Choose the appropriate reason for the cancellation from the list. (Image 2)
Make sure you always try to contact the passenger before cancelling a job.
Please note: You will not have the option to cancel a job after pressing 'Passenger on board' so do not press this until the passenger has arrived.
