If you're needing to cancel a trip once you're approaching a trip or once you've already arrived at the pick-up location follow our steps below:
- Tap the 'i' to open the trips extra information.
- Click the ‘X’ button in the bottom left-hand corner (Image 1).
- Choose the appropriate reason for the cancellation from the list (Image 2)
