Vehicles must meet all TfL criteria to be registered on the FREE NOW service, including a TfL vehicle licence. This includes requirements such as your vehicle being no older than 10 years at the time of the application.
You must also pass our Licence Points Policy, we cannot onboard drivers who have an endorsement for any of the driving offences listed in our policy.
During your onboarding session, you will also need to be able to correctly answer a number questions about our safety policies and processes without assistance to ensure that your understanding of these are clear.
