At the end of each trip you complete with FREE NOW you'll have the opportunity to rate your passenger. This is not compulsory, you can skip this step if you don't want to submit a rating.
We hope that every experience you have driving with FREE NOW is a positive one, but in the event, your trip does not go to plan, we want to know about it. The best way to let us know is to rate your passenger.
Once the ride is completed you will be able to rate your passenger from 1 to 5 stars depending on your experience with them.
In the case of a more serious incident, you will also be able to block the passenger from being paired with you again on the FREE NOW app.
