At the end of each trip you complete with FREENOW you will have the opportunity to rate your passenger. This is not compulsory, you can skip this step if you do not wish to submit a rating.
We hope that every experience you have driving with FREENOW is a positive one, but in the event you have a rude or aggressive passenger, we want to know about it. The best way to let us know is to rate your passenger.
Once the ride is completed you will be able to rate your passenger from 1 to 5 stars depending on your experience with them.
In the case of a more serious incident, you will also be able to block that passenger from being paired with you again on FREENOW. If you wish to block a passenger, please follow the steps below:
Step 1: Go to your 'Job History' screen and select the relevant ride.
Step 2: Click 'Block Customer'.
Please note: We proactively monitor passenger ratings and take action against passengers with consistently low ratings.
