If a passenger has left something inside your vehicle, then they will be able to contact you through the app, up to 7 days after the trip ends:
- Please note that this phone service is anonymised, so the passenger will not have access to your contact number.
- We would recommend that you and the passenger arrange a mutually convenient time and place to return the item.
- If you are unable to arrange a drop off of the item with the passenger, then please contact Driver Care so that we can help arrange for the safe return of the item.
If you find an item in your vehicle:
In the event that you find an item in your vehicle, please contact Driver Care so that we can let the passenger know and help arrange a return.
If you return the lost item to TfL Lost Property Office or your local police station, please let us know so we can inform the passenger.
