If a passenger has left something inside your vehicle, they'll be able to contact you through the app, up to 7 days after the trip ends:
- Please note that this phone service is anonymised, so the passenger will not have access to your contact number.
- We'd recommend that you and the passenger arrange a mutually convenient time and place to return the item.
- If you're unable to arrange a drop-off of the item with the passenger, please contact our Driver Care Team directly. They'll be able to help arrange for the safe return of the item.
If you find an item in your vehicle:
Please contact our Driver Care Team so that we can let the passenger know and help arrange a return.
If you return the lost item to TfL's Lost Property Enquiry service or your local police station, please let us know, so we can inform the passenger.
