You should always complete the trip if possible, however, we appreciate that there may be some circumstances when you may need to refuse service.
A job should only be cancelled for a valid reason, which may include:
- The passenger is carrying a pet with them (assistance dogs can't be refused)
- The passenger is intoxicated
- The passenger is being physically or verbally abusive
- The passenger, or what the passenger is carrying, will cause damage to the vehicle
If you have any issues with a passenger, please add feedback via the app so that our team can investigate the matter before taking the appropriate action against the passenger.
