Where can I find my FREE NOW driver ID?

Your FREE NOW driver ID is an alphanumerical code that is unique to every driver. You can find this in the app menu, either under 'Profile' or 'Customer Referrals'. It's a code made up of four digits and two letters, the last two letters will be your initials.

To locate your FREE NOW driver ID please follow the steps below: 

1. Click the menu button on the top right-hand side of the home screen 
2. Click on 'Profile' or 'Customer Referrals' 
3. Under 'Profile' locate your FREE NOW driver ID next to 'FREE NOW ID' 

or

      4. Under 'Customer Referrals' locate your FREE NOW driver ID under 'Share promo code'

This code is used for identification purposes, as it's linked to your driver account, but it also acts as a referral code that can be used by new passengers. For every successful referral, you will receive a £5 credit. 

For this referral to work the passenger must be new to FREE NOW and can only use the code on their first in-app payment.
