From the start of September 2021, driver payments will be processed weekly every Tuesday covering all trips Monday - Sunday.
All cancellation fees, bonuses for eligible rides, waiting fees, airport fees, or any ride adjustments will also be paid once weekly in the same weekly payment.
We have prepared a payment calendar for the next few months, so you know exactly when you will receive your payments. New payment schedule here
Depending on your bank it may take 1-2 working days for this to appear in your account. Each payment made to your bank account will be accompanied by a statement sent to your email. This will provide you with a breakdown of your jobs, earnings, etc. Having trouble understanding your statements and invoices? Find more about them here.
Please note, if the weekly invoice is within 2 days of the monthly invoice, the weekly invoice is skipped in favour of the monthly payment run.
