We work closely with the Police to support their enquiries and will comply with any request for information from them.
We would strongly recommend all of our users to report criminal activity to the police. Likewise, we will proactively report any criminal activity that we are made aware of to the police.
If you are the victim of a crime:
- Report it to the Metropolitan Police at the earliest. Your report will generate a crime reference number.
- Send the crime reference number, details of the trip and details of what happened to our Driver Care team. If the crime is recent, you can also contact our 24/7 Emergency Line.
- If the report concerns a passenger, we will take appropriate action which may include the suspension of their account. Depending on the seriousness of the allegation, we may also file a Police report ourselves.
When we receive an official request for information from the Police, we will supply all necessary details to help their investigation. Please note that we are unable to provide any customer information directly to you.
