In the event that a passenger causes any mess in your vehicle, you can add an additional amount to the fare as compensation. As FREE NOW is a third party service and we don't take responsibility for any damages caused by a passenger. This will need to be sorted between you and them.
We advise that you take photos of any mess/damage caused prior to cleaning in case the passenger should dispute the fee.
London:
TfL regulations show that you can charge a passenger up to £60 as a 'soiling fee' if it requires the taxi to be taken out of service for cleaning.

If you work outside of London, please refer to your local fare charts for the amount that can be charged as a soilage fee.
