We take the conduct of our passengers, and the safety and security of FREE NOW drivers extremely seriously.
There are a few things you can do to inform us of any passenger misconduct.
Rate your passengers via the FREE NOW Driver App
We recommend that you use the rating function in your driver app to leave a rating and feedback on your passenger. Once the trip is completed you will be able to rate your passenger from 1 to 5 stars depending on your experience with them.
Block Passengers from matching with you again
In the case of a more serious incident, you will also be able to block a passenger from being paired with you again on the FREE NOW app. We proactively monitor passenger ratings and take action against passengers with consistently low ratings. Find more information on blocking passengers, here.
Reporting Serious Incidents
- In serious cases, for instance, if you have been the victim of a crime while driving with FREE NOW, you can report the case to our Driver Care Team via our 24hr Emergency Line on 0203 868 9363.
- Also, we recommend you to inform the Emergency Services immediately via 999.
