If you have an unpleasant experience with a passenger, you can block them on the app. This will mean that you will not receive any requests from that passenger again.
To block a passenger on the FREE NOW app, please follow the steps below:
- Open the FREE NOW driver app and select the main menu option in the top left-hand corner
- Go to the 'Jobs' option
- Select the 'Trip history' in order to find the trip associated with the passenger you wish to block
- Tap the trip associated with the passenger and finally click on 'Block Customer'
We recommend that if you're using this function you also rate the passenger and add feedback via the app.
