If you have an unpleasant experience with a passenger, then you may wish to block them on the app. This will mean that you will not receive any requests from that particular passenger again.
To block a passenger on the FREE NOW app, please follow the steps below:
Step 1: Opening your 'Job History' screen
Step 2: Select the relevant trip
Step 3: Click 'Block Customer'.
We recommend that if you are using this function that you also take the opportunity to rate the passenger and add feedback via the app, straight after the trip.
Our team proactively monitor this and will investigate the matter before taking the appropriate action against the passenger.
