For public safety reasons, the only way to change your photo is by visiting our Driver Centre, where a member of our Driver Care team will take a new one for you.
We aren't able to accept images that you've taken yourself. As this photo will be seen by passengers when they book a trip, your photo will only be accepted if deemed appropriate by our Driver Care Team.
Please visit our Driver Centre (104 Cavell Street, E1 2JA) at your allotted time during weekdays.
It's your responsibility to ensure that you get your photo updated, should you significantly change your appearance.
