If you're on a shift but are not receiving many (or any!) trip requests, we recommend that you:
- check that you're within your approved service area
- drive to an area in the city with higher demand
- check if your license/documents have not expired
- check that you're using the FREE NOW driver app (and not the FREE NOW passenger app)
If any of your documents are expired, you will still be able to log in but, you will not receive any trips through the FREE NOW driver app until your documents are updated. If you're still not receiving trip requests after trying these steps, please contact the Driver Care Team.
