You can easily update your driver's licence (bill/badge) and vehicle registration in the driver app via your profile.
If you need to update your phone number, email address, profile picture, bank details or any other information, please contact our Driver Care Team directly.
To update your bill/badge in the driver app:
- Tap on the 'Menu' icon in the top right-hand corner of the app (Image 1)
- Select 'Profile' (Image 2)
- Select 'Driver’s Licence' (Image 3)
- Select ‘Select picture’
- Select 'Take a photo' or ‘Select picture’ (this will take you through to your camera roll)
- Select OK, and tick in the top-right corner
- Please make sure this is a clear photo showing all four corners of the document
- Update your driver's licence expiration date.
- Tap on ‘Submit’.
Your licence/registration updates will remain pending until approved by our Driver Team. This can take up to 24 hours depending on the time of submission. If your taxi licence has expired, then you will not receive any job offers until this is updated and approved.
