For public safety reasons, the only way to change your photo is by visiting our Driver Centre, where a member of our Driver Care Team will take a new one for you.
Please note that we are unable to accept images that you have taken yourself.
To ensure a consistent feel in the app, all images are edited to include formal clothing. We are not able to change this for you.
It is important that your photo is an accurate representation of your current appearance. It is, therefore, your responsibility to ensure that you get your photo updated, should you significantly change your appearance.
At present, due to the ongoing Covid-19 pandemic, our Driver Centre is closed. If you would like to arrange for a virtual appointment to change your photo, please contact Driver Care.
