If you think your total payment for any week is incorrect, let us know by contacting our Driver Care Team directly. They'll be happy to look into this for you.
You can be paid anytime up to midnight on payment days, but if you think there has been an issue with your payment, please contact us.
Please keep in mind that the processing of payments can be delayed due to bank holidays. We'll always do our best to get the payments out to you as timely as possible, and if there are any changes to the payment time, we will notify you beforehand if possible.
Please note: Any waiting fees, airport fees or ride adjustments are all paid once weekly on a Thursday for trips from Monday to Sunday. All cancellation fees and bonuses for eligible rides are paid out twice per week. This would explain why you might be seeing a difference in the amount paid to you.
