If you’d like to go ahead and set up an account with FREE NOW, you can use our 'Self Sign Up' option. You can start the process by clicking the button highlighted in red below on your current web page, or follow the link, here.
Step 1: Fill out your company details
Set up is quick and easy, we just need to gather a few details from you first. All fields are mandatory so if any box is missing details or does not have the required information (e.g. insufficient phone number or incorrect email format), these will be highlighted in orange.
When you’ve filled in all the information, it should look something like the below image. In this step, you can enter a landline number for the business account. All you would need to do is add the correct dialling code in the company phone number section e.g. for Dublin, leave the prefix as +353 and add a 1 in front of the phone number.
If the address of the company and the billing address will be different locations, you can click the ‘Company and invoice address are not the same’ box and you’ll have the option to fill in the invoicing address. Otherwise, this box can be left un-ticked.
To complete this step, simply tick the two boxes confirming you have permission to create this account and that you’ve agreed to our terms and conditions. Once you’ve done this, the ‘Continue’ button will turn blue and you can proceed.
Step 2: Getting your profile set up
Whether you’ve used FREE NOW before in a personal capacity or you’re brand new, you have options in this next step.
If you created a profile on the app previously, you can connect it to the business account by clicking ‘Connect account now’. This means you can just enter your email address and password and you’ll be connected to the business account. Password reset is available should you require it.
When you click ‘Log in’, you may be brought to another page where you must enter a security code that will be sent to your mobile device. If you do not receive this code, there is an option to resend the SMS or attempt verification through email.
If you’re using FREE NOW for the first time, simply click the ‘Create account now’ option and you’ll be brought to the page below:
Here, make sure to use whatever email address you’ll be logging into the administration panel with. Also make sure to add a mobile phone number, as you may need to receive a verification text to authenticate your profile after creation (these verifications cannot be sent to landline numbers).
Once you’ve filled in your details and clicked the ‘I’m not a robot’ button, the Sign-up button will turn blue.
Step 3: Adding a payment method
During the account set-up process, the last step is adding a payment method.
If you don’t have the card to hand, there is an ‘Add later’ button if you scroll down the page. The card details can be added through the administration panel after the account is set up.
