When your driver or vehicle documents expire, you will need to upload new and valid documents to your account. Our specialist Document Validation Team will then review and approve these before you are able to continue driving with FREE NOW.
You can upload new documents to your account on the FREE NOW Driver Portal. You can open the portal via the Driver App, PHV tab on the website or via the link in any Document Expiration or Rejection email.

Once you have logged in:
- Select either 'Driver Documents', or 'Vehicle Documents' depending on which have expired (you may have both to update).
- Scroll until you find the specific document that you need to update, and tap 'Upload new document'.
- Follow the on-screen guidance on how to upload your document, and to make sure that it meets regulatory requirements.
Please note that documents will be submitted to our Validation Team even if you don't complete all of the fields. This may however lead them to being rejected, so please provide all information required.
In the situation that your document is rejected for any reason, you will receive a notification explaining why, and asking you to upload a valid version of the document.
