The most common complaint that we receive from our passengers is drivers starting the waiting time before they've actually arrived:
- When the waiting time is activated too soon, this can result in passengers being unfairly charged, and having a disappointing experience with FREE NOW.
- Waiting time should only be started when you're sure that you've arrived at the correct pick-up point, and you're ready for the customer to get into your car.
- If you start the waiting time before arriving at the pick-up point, then we'll deduct the waiting fees to ensure the passenger is charged correctly.
- Our system is able to show when and where the waiting time was started, relative to the pick-up point location and we make adjustments based on this information.
