Adjustments are additional payments or deductions that are made to ensure your payment is correct.
You can view a breakdown of any adjustments on your Thursday payment Invoice from FREE NOW. Please note, that at present adjustments are paid once per week on Thursdays, so these won't be included in your Monday payments.
Adjustments can be made for the following reasons:
- Adding money to cover cleaning expenses caused by vomit
- Rectifying a payment issue from a previous week
- Removing a cancellation charge where the driver was not going to the pick-up location
- Removing a fare where the trip did not happen
Adjustments won't be made for the following reasons:
- An alternative route is taken (the fare is calculated based on the shortest available route).
