You can access the FREENOW Driver Portal via portal.free-now.com at any time from your mobile device, computer or laptop.
This will provide you with information on your Performance, Booking history, and Invoices. You can also access your Drivers, Vehicles and Documents on your FREENOW account where you can review and update your Private Hire Driver and Vehicle documents.
If you receive an in-app notification about a rejected/missing document, then just follow the notification to access the portal. Please note you will only be able to access the portal via the app when you receive a notification.
Alternatively, if you receive a document rejection or expiration email notification, then you can follow the link in this email to access the portal.
