Driver payments are processed twice per week.
- Trips completed on Wednesday and Thursday will be paid on the following Monday
- Trips completed between Friday and Tuesday (inclusive) will be paid on Thursday
Each payment made to your bank account will be accompanied by a statement sent to your email. This will provide you with a breakdown of your jobs, earnings, etc.
Please note that at present, ride adjustments will be paid once per week, in your Thursday payment. To read more about ride adjustments please click here.
Any Cancellation and Waiting Fees that you earn will also be paid once per week, in your Thursday payment. To read more about cancellation and waiting fees, please click here.
If you think your total payment for any week is incorrect, let us know by submitting a request to our Driver Care Team below, and we will be happy to review it. You can be paid anytime up to midnight on payment days, but if you think there has been an issue with your payment, please contact us.
Please bear in mind that the processing of payments can be delayed due to bank holidays. We will always do our best to get the payments out to you as timely as possible, and if there are any changes to the payment time, we will notify you beforehand if possible.
