At present, Cancellation Fees and Waiting Fees to which you are entitled, will be paid only once per week.
Your FREE NOW Fares will continue to be paid twice per week, but any Cancellation or Waiting Fees that you are eligible to receive will be paid only once per week.
Cancellation and Waiting Fees are all paid in the Thursday Payment following the end of the week (Monday to Sunday) during which the ride took place.
For instance, a Cancellation Fee relating to a ride that takes place on one Monday, will be paid on the Wednesday of the following week (9 days later).
Therefore, if you are expecting to be paid a Cancellation or Waiting Fee on a recent ride, please do not contact Driver Care.
Instead, please wait until the following Thursday payment and invoice, at which time if the ride is eligible for a fee, it will be paid.
All adjustments, Cancellation Fees and Waiting Fees are documented on the third page of your FREE NOW payment invoice, with details of the ride to which they relate also included.
Please also be aware that all Cancellation and Waiting Fees are paid automatically and so you do not need to contact Driver Care to request these.
