All ride adjustments are paid once per week. These trip adjustments are not currently visible on your FREE NOW driver app.
How do adjustment payments work?
Your fares will continue to be paid twice per week on Mondays and Thursdays, but any adjustments relating to a trip will be paid in your Thursday payment of the following week.
For example, an adjustment made on Monday 1st February will be paid to you on Thursday 11th February.
What should I do if I believe I haven't received my correct adjustment?
If you're expecting an adjustment on a recent trip, please don't contact the Driver Care Team. Instead, we suggest waiting until the following Thursday for your payment and invoice. Your adjustment will be have been processed by this time. The adjustment will also be documented on the third page of your FREE NOW payment invoice, with the details of the ride it relates to.
