At present ride adjustments are paid once per week.
Your fares will continue to be paid twice per week on Mondays and Thursdays, but any adjustments relating to a ride will be paid in your Wednesday payment of the following week.
For instance, an adjustment relating to a ride that takes place on one Monday, will be paid on the Wednesday of the following week (9 days later).
Therefore, if you are expecting an adjustment on a recent ride, please do not contact Driver Care.
Instead, please wait until the following Wednesday payment and invoice, at which time if the adjustment will be made.
The adjustment will also be documented on the third page of your FREE NOW payment invoice, with the details of the ride to which it relates.
We are working towards offering ride adjustments twice per week, in line with your FREE NOW payments; we'll let you know when this feature is ready!
