All trip adjustments are being paid once per week.
Your fares will continue to be paid twice per week on Mondays and Thursdays, but any adjustments relating to a trip will be paid in your Thursday payment of the following week.
For instance, an adjustment relating to a ride that takes place on one Monday, will be paid on the Thursday of the following week.
If you have seen an adjustment on your FREE NOW invoice and payment this Thursday, then this will relate to a ride that you completed in the last calendar week (Monday-Sunday).
All adjustments are documented on the third page of your FREE NOW payment invoice, with the details of the ride to which it relates.
We are working towards offering ride adjustments twice per week, in line with your FREE NOW fare payments; we'll let you know when this feature is ready!
