If a passenger stains your vehicle because of vomiting or other bodily fluids then we'll work with the passenger to cover the costs of cleaning.
You should report the incident immediately to our Driver Care team providing:
- Details of the trip.
- A detailed description of what happened.
- At least three photos clearly showing the stain, at least one should be close up to show the stain and one further away to see where it is within the car.
- After taking photos, have your vehicle cleaned and send a photo of the receipt. We'll only reimburse you for cleaning relevant to the area of the stain.
We'll investigate with the customer and reimburse you up to a maximum of £150. Unfortunately, we aren't unable to reimburse you if you're unable to provide a receipt, don't provide photos or delay notifying us longer than 24 hours after the trip ends.
