At the end of each ride you complete with FREE NOW you will have the opportunity to rate and if necessary block your passenger. We hope that every experience you have driving with FREE NOW is a positive one, but in the event, you have a rude or aggressive passenger, we want to know about it.
In the event of a serious incident during a ride, or if you are unfortunate enough to have a rude or aggressive passenger, then you may wish to block them from being paired with you again on FREE NOW.
To block a passenger on the FREE NOW app, please follow the steps below:
Step 1: Opening your 'Job History' screen
Step 2: Select the relevant trip
Step 3: Click 'Block Customer'.
We recommend that if you are using this function that you also take the opportunity to rate the passenger and add feedback via the app, straight after the trip.
Our team proactively monitor this and will investigate the matter before taking the appropriate action against the passenger.
